This mechanical switch is used to operate the buttons on the ACT safety switches and other DPS and PS systems.
It enables the ON/OFF function to be switched externally when the DPS is installed in the fuselage and inaccessible. The operating current is therefore not switched. When the external switch is connected, the push-buttons on the software switch board or on the distribution board are bypassed, so they are no longer in use.
NOTE: This switch is intended for DPS and PS systems only.
It cannot be used as a receiver ON/OFF switch.
