USB POWER SUPPLY AFL-5 5V

Cell phones and tablets can be charged from almost any model-making battery. Model builders are constantly working with batteries - that is, with electrical energy. And yet, sometimes you don't have access to a power supply in the field... The problem is solved. The AFL-5 transforms almost any battery model into a powerful power bank.

The AFL-5 generates the 5V required for USB output from a nominal 6V. When using T-connected receiver or player batteries (LiPo 2-6S or NiMH 5-16 cells), the AFL-5 USB interface always provides the required 5V - just like a smartphone charger.

Charging current is up to 3 amps. The maximum charging current flows automatically when the smartphone battery is almost empty, then decreases when the battery is full. In addition to the AFL-5 USB interface, a suitable battery and the appropriate USB charging cable for the smartphone are required.
