ATTENTION:
The ratio installed on the SAVAGE XS is optimized for use with a 2S lithium-polymer battery 7.4V. If you wish to use it with a 3S 11.1V lithium-polymer battery, it is essential to install the optional gear kit 8700105809 and 87006924 or your drive will be destroyed.

It's mounted on a metal transmission that not only tackles the roughest terrain, but also allows top speeds of up to 100km/h on the track.
The 4x4 transmission ensures optimum grip on any off-road or on-road surface. All designed to the same high standards of reliability for which SAVAGE is renowned. So you'll spend more time riding than tinkering.
It comes ready to roll, with HPI 2.4Ghz radio control and Flux brushless motorization. All that's left to do is install the lipo batteries of your choice.
The MMH-4000 motor delivers impressive power at the slightest throttle; enough to backflip on purpose!
Optional motor pinions are also available to increase torque or peak speed.
The new EMH-3S drive accepts 2S or 3S lipo packs. It is equipped with a fan to limit overheating during intense use, and can be adjusted using the 8700101856 programming kit.
The receiver box is waterproof to protect the 2.4ghz system from splashes. The steering servo and speed controller are also waterproof.
