The all-new Quantum R Trucks continue to innovate in terms of specification and performance. They are based on the proven Quantum + chassis and equipped with a new lowered, road-optimized suspension. They are fitted with the new Tredz Vortex belted tires and powered by the powerful HPI FLUX 4S brushless motor, previously unseen in the Maverick range .

The new Quantum R racing truck is super-realistic. It's equipped with replica roll bars, mirrors, a high-quality rear spoiler and perhaps best of all - a choice of hood accessories! Yes, every Quantum R comes with 2 engine configurations: Supercharger with intake scoop AND Twin Turbos with front-mounted intercooler for the ultimate Muscle Truck look!
The Quantum R is solid on its feet. It hugs the ground, scrapes the pavement and its ultra-low center of gravity is accentuated by the use of a diffuser to ensure total victory in drag racing.
...And it gets even better under the hood
This absolute speed demon has had its chassis optimized for high-speed driving thanks to a host of features, including all-new shock mounts where short aluminum shocks are mounted and new short suspension arms. The new black Racing Truck wheels are fitted with 17 mm hex hubs and dressed with Vortex Tredz tires with diabolical grip.
However, all this equipment needs a robust backbone to cope with the brutal demands of the 4S and the inevitable bumps and rolls along the way. The HPI Racing design team therefore specified a maximum of HD parts, including a Full HD transmission: HD rear driveshafts and rear axles, HD central driveshafts, HD drive cups. In addition, HD front and rear turnbuckles and a foam front bumper, all housed in a robust yet flexible polycarbonate body.

Installed for the first time in the Maverick range, the combination of the FLX10-4S120 Flux 120 A waterproof drive and the FLX10-3675-2250KV Brushless motor delivers unstoppable power! All with the option of managing a 4S LiPo battery (that's 14.8 volts of LiPo power!)
