The Power Switch 25 is used to switch on a receiver system safely and without wear, and to supply a high current for improved servo performance.
In order to use the optimum performance of your fast, powerful servos, a loss-free, high-current power supply is needed, directly to the receiver's servo sockets.
The PS-25 offers these safety functions while minimizing the components that can fail. The result is optimum protection against vibration and contact problems.

The switching output stages used guarantee maximum, loss-free current flow, and the internal resistance is considerably lower than the contact resistance of mechanical switches. Thanks to the large cable cross-sections in the receiver power supply lines, maximum current is fed directly to the servo sockets, enabling the servos to develop their full power and performance potential in the first place.

The PS-25 uses a proven T-socket for battery connection, while on the receiver side there are 2 original Futaba socket cables (contact sockets). These special contacts allow DC currents only up to 6 A, the highest value for this connector system. The cable cross-section is 0.5 mm. The negative conductor is silver. This means that the full power of the battery switch or battery in use can be transmitted directly to the servo cables.

The high-current electronic switch eliminates all wear and vibration problems associated with mechanical switches. To switch on, simply press the ON button, which then only switches on the switching electronics (and hence the receiver and servos), after which the button is no longer active. The operating current always flows through the power electronics, not through the operating buttons or switches.
