The R70SRFutaba is a secondary receiver developed exclusively for setups using the Dual RX Link system. When paired with a primary receiver or compatible Futaba equipment, it adds a second radio reception channel.
Its exceptionally slim design and weight of just 3.9 g make it easy to install in narrow fuselages or models with limited space.
Enhanced Radio Reception Reliability
The Dual RX Link system allows you to use a secondary receiver in addition to the primary receiver. The R70SR features its own diversity antennas, providing an additional path for receiving the transmitter’s signal.
This architecture is particularly well-suited for complex or high-value models where the quality of the radio link is critical.
Dual Diversity Antennas
The R70SR has two antennas operating on the diversity principle. This allows the receiver to utilize the reception path offering the best radio conditions at any given moment.
When paired with a main receiver that is also equipped with two antennas, the Dual RX Link setup has a total of four receiving antennas.
Compact Design
With a width of just 15 mm and a thickness of 5 mm, the R70SR can be installed in tight spaces. Its elongated shape also makes it easier to position the antennas away from the main receiver and potential sources of interference.
FASSTest Compatibility
The R70SR operates with the FASSTest 2.4 GHz “ Futaba ” protocol in the following modes:
- FASSTest 26-channel;
- FASSTest 18-channel;
- FASSTest 12-channel.
It must be paired with compatible Dual RX Link equipment. It cannot be used on its own to directly control servos.

The R70SR can be used with the following devices, provided they have the minimum software version specified:
- R7314SB: version 1.3 or higher;
- R7208SB and R7308SB: version 2.3 or higher;
- R7206SB and R7306SB: version 1.3 or higher;
- R7201SB and R7301SB: version 1.4 or higher;
- DLPH-2: version 1.2 or higher;
- DLPH-3: compatible without a specific update;
- CGY770R: version 1.4 or higher.
The R70SR is not compatible with the DLPH-1 or the FDLS-1.
Reception Only
The R70SR is intended exclusively for receiving radio signals:
- it has no servo outputs;
- it does not operate autonomously;
- it does not transmit any telemetry data.
The main receiver and, depending on the setup, the connecting cable are not included.
